Ben Klock & ÜBERKIKZ — New international residents, Fuse 2026/27

We're opening our 2026/27 season with a new international resident duo: Ben Klock and ÜBERKIKZ. Two of today's most talked-about artists are engaging with Fuse for the long term. The format repeats across three separate appearances each:

Klock and ÜBERKIKZ sit at opposite ends of generations, yet both are leading voices for their peers. Klock has been behind Berghain's decks since 2005 and has spent close to two decades running Klockworks, a label built as much on other producers' records as his own. Over the years he's built a collection deep enough to carry a solo set through the night without repeating himself, inspiring countless artists along the way.

ÜBERKIKZ, by contrast, is only a few years into her recording career. Berlin-based and no stranger to Fuse, she played the club earlier this year with an already infamous closing set, and now returns to build further on her newly made legacy with us. Her sound runs on restraint, hypnotic repetition, and slow-building climaxes. The same instinct that will carry a night alone, and that makes her own selections, and whoever she chooses to trade sets with, worth paying attention to.

What separates them on paper is exactly what makes the pairing worth watching. Between them, they bridge a generation: one artist helped write the vocabulary of modern deep techno; the other is still building her own within it. Both work from the same principles: patience over instant payoff, a set read as a whole, and a refusal to let outside expectation shape their sound.
