Club Values
FUSE - Our Values
Fuse is a space where music, freedom, and respect have been coming together for over 30 years. We celebrate diversity, self-expression, and community, ensuring that everyone can enjoy themselves in a safe and inclusive environment.
WHAT WE STAND AGAINST
To protect this space and the people in it, we do not tolerate any form of:
- Discrimination (racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, religious or class-based prejudice)
- Harassment or intimidation (physical, verbal, or emotional)
- Violence or aggressive behavior
- Shaming or humiliation of any kind
- Dangerous actions that could harm yourself or others
If you see or experience something that doesn’t feel right, please speak to a member of our staff or care team, or message us at letusknow@fuse.be. We are here to support you.
NEED HELP?
Our staff and care team are trained to assist in any situation where you feel uncomfortable, unsafe, or unwell. If you ever need support, don’t hesitate to ask; we are here for you.
Enjoy the music, respect each other, and take care.
How to Recognize the Care Team:
- Blue and white T-shirts / blue glowing armbands for easy identification.
- Desk near the toilet exit.
- Permanent infirmary near the entrance area for anyone who feels unwell or needs rest.
LOOKING OUT FOR EACH OTHER
At Fuse, we believe in collective care. Everyone deserves to feel safe and respected. A safe night out is a shared responsibility.
Being part of this space means looking out for one another, whether that means helping a friend, checking in on someone who seems unwell, or reporting something concerning to staff. No matter your background or identity, you have the right to be here and enjoy the night without fear of judgment or harm.
RESPECTING THE SPACE
By entering Fuse, you commit to respecting the people around you and the space itself. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone who does not align with our values. A ticket doesn’t guarantee entry; admission is at the sole discretion of our entrance team.
To preserve the raw energy of the room, the dance floor is strictly for dancing; please keep conversation off the floor. Furthermore, Fuse applies a strict no-phone policy. Taking photos or videos is strictly forbidden to protect everyone’s privacy and anonymity. Removing your camera sticker will result in immediate removal from the venue.
DRESS CODE & NUDITY POLICY
Fuse’s dress code prioritises comfort and freedom on the dancefloor. We ask that you dress to dance, keeping to muted, functional clothing. Semi-nudity (toplessness) is allowed and welcome.
